At Ludonova we do everything possible to control the quality of our products, but inevitably faults in production may occur.

If you have had an issue with the components of any of our games, you can write to us at repuestos@ludonova.com where we will be happy to help you. Please include photos of the problem if possible as well as your postal address so we can send you a replacement of any missing or faulty components.
